Evaluate applications for pre-settlement litigation funding and administer approved funding transactions.

Confidentiality

Information relating to your litigation matter is sensitive, and we handle it accordingly. We share case and funding information only with your attorney of record, personnel within our company who need access to administer your funding, and third parties as described below or as you or your attorney expressly authorize.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only:

With your attorney of record and, where applicable, co-counsel or successor counsel on your matter.
With service providers who assist us in administering funding transactions (for example, payment processors or case management platforms), under confidentiality obligations.
With your consent or at your direction.
As required by law, subpoena, court order, or to comply with regulatory obligations.

Text Message (SMS) Communications

Concierge Funding LLC may send text messages (SMS) to clients, attorneys, and other case contacts who have opted in to receive them.

What we send. Responses to inbound inquiries, funding application status updates, document requests, payoff confirmations, funding disbursement notifications, meeting and call confirmations, and general communications related to your funding matter.

How we obtain consent. You provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages by (a) signing a funding agreement that contains an SMS consent clause, or (b) checking the SMS consent box when you register on our client portal at portal.conciergefunding.com. We do not send unsolicited text messages or marketing SMS. Consent is optional and is not required to apply for or receive funding.

We do not share your SMS information. Concierge Funding does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties, affiliates, or marketing partners for any purpose. Your phone number is accessible only to authorized personnel at Concierge Funding for the purpose of administering your funding matter.

Message frequency. Varies based on your case activity. Typical volume is 1 to 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Concierge Funding does not charge for text messages.

Opting out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from Concierge Funding. Opting out of SMS will not affect our ability to contact you through other means (email, telephone, or mail) or the status of your funding.
